Clicking on a 'shift' in a schedule, times are not honouring time zone setting

If I click on a shift in any of the Schedule layers or in the Final Schedule, the From and To date/time in the window that pops up is not honoring the time zone defined at the top of the Schedules page.

This is making it extremely confusing as it means we are seeing different parts of the page in different time zones.

Shouldn’t the From/To times in the pop up window respect the time zone selected at the top of the page?
